Most of our work is M&A — sell-side and buy-side mandates for founder-led technology companies. We also run selective capital raises and offer a differentiated Indian IPO path for companies that fit the criteria.

Managing Partner

Sumeet Singh

Sumeet founded Tech Bankers in 2021 after a career spanning operations, capital, and international expansion. He is an IIT graduate and previously founded an IT services company that grew to over 500 employees before its exit. He has served as General Partner at a technology-focused private equity firm and was the India head of Computer Associates.

That combination — having sat in the founder seat, the investor seat, and the international-operator seat — shapes how Tech Bankers approaches every mandate. Sumeet leads cross-border engagements that require coordination across the US and India, and works closely with Tech Bankers’ partner firm Khetal Advisors in Bangalore on transactions touching both markets.
